Built from experience.

Driven by dogs.

Woofing Wild is a family-run dog training, behaviour and walking business based in Cornwall, created from a shared passion for helping dogs and their people live happier, kinder and more connected lives.

We specialise in the dogs who sometimes find the world a little harder, with a particular passion for reactivity, complex behaviour and herding breeds.

But more than anything, we believe dogs deserve to be understood as individuals.

Elsa

Head Dog Trainer & Behaviour specialist

Hi, I'm Elsa, Head Trainer and Behaviour Specialist here at Woofing Wild.

I've spent over 10 years working with dogs, with a particular passion for reactivity, complex behaviour and herding breeds.

Alongside my practical experience, I've continued to develop my education across canine behaviour, nutrition and holistic health.

I believe in looking at the whole dog not simply the behaviour happening in front of us.

That means considering emotions, breed, genetics, experiences, physical wellbeing, pain, nutrition, lifestyle and environment alongside training.

My job isn't simply to train your dog.

It's to help you understand them, build confidence at both ends of the lead and create changes that actually work in real life.

Rich

Hi, I'm Rich, Head Dog Walker and trainee trainer at Woofing Wild.

You'll find me out and about with our Wild Walk dogs, helping them explore the world, build confidence and develop practical everyday skills.

I particularly enjoy working with dogs who need a little extra understanding on their walks, whether that's reactivity, over-excitement, confidence or simply learning how to navigate real-world situations.

I'm continuing to develop my training skills alongside Elsa, combining hands-on experience with further learning so we can support even more dogs and their humans.

Kim

Hi, I'm Kim, Dog Walker and an important part of the Woofing Wild team.

I help keep our dogs' weeks full of adventure, enrichment and opportunities to get outside and simply enjoy being dogs.

Working hands-on with our dogs means getting to know their individual personalities, routines, quirks and needs, because even within a group, we never believe in treating every dog exactly the same.

I'm passionate about giving every dog the care, consistency and fun they deserve.

The dogs who inspire us every day

We've been lucky enough to share our lives with four incredible dogs — Cosmo, Coco, Crimson and Cassidy — and they're a huge part of why we do what we do.

Each of them has taught us something different. Together, they've taught us about reactivity, frustration, pain, ageing, breed needs, confidence, management, and the reality that progress isn't always linear.

Cosmo, Coco, Crimson and Cassidy have challenged us, changed the way we think and helped shape the trainers and dog owners we've become.

Most importantly, they've taught us one of the biggest lessons behind Woofing Wild:

The dog in front of you will always matter more than the textbook.
